At Universal Island of Adventure, Toon Lagoon is a real life cartoon strip.

There are rides and activities for both kids and adults - you are likelt to get totally soaking wet!

Water rides here are Dudley Doo Rights Rip Saw Falls (with a 75ft drop!), Me Ship the Olive (a 3 storey interactive play area for kids and Popeye & Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges(water rafts - very wet!)

Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls

A log flume ride where you're guaranteed to get soaked! The final drop over the edge is from a height of 60ft.

It's definitely more interesting than most flume rides because the last drop is over some bumps which makes the ride seem that much faster.

In case you were in any doubt - yes you will get soaked! The log flume passes 15ft below the water-line at the end of the shute, causing a massive sheet of water to splash all the riders.

Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges

A water rafting ride where, yet again, there's the chance to get completely soaked through. In fact if you were hoping to get through dry, you won't! No matter where you sit on the raft, you're sure to get splashed if not totally drenched!

This is perhaps best to do in the heat of the afternoon, by which time you'll welcome a good drenching!

As well as the soaking you get from being on the ride, as you pass "Me Ship, The Olive", watch out for the water cannons and crates of water that kids will send your way!

The ride lasts a good 4/5 minutes and is well worth the wait (if there is one).



TOP TIP - there are waterproof containers in the center of the raft - place any shoes or items of clothing that you don't want to get wet in here. That way you can at least have dry shoes to continue the rest of the day with!

Universal Island of Adventure - Me Ship, The Olive

Another larger 3 storey interactive play area for younger children themed on Popeye's ship. This is where the kids will find the free water cannons to aim at the unwitting raft riders as they pass by!
