The Social Orlando - A Great Downtown Orlando Music Venue
The Social Orlando has been a fixture on the Church St/ downtown Orlando nightlife scene for years. One of the best downtown Orlando nightclubs for live music and events week in week out. This place attracts both local and national bands.However, Tabu (now The Beacham) is more of a hip hop, dance and latin scene, The Social attracts more of a rock, punk and grunge crowd.
The venue is quite small in comparison to the House of Blues or the Hard Rock Orlando. But it offers a more intimate setting and vibe than the large venues. If you like a good mosh pit, you'll find it here. If you don't, there is a upper level seating and viewing area where you can still get a great view of the band.
What time does The Social open?
Every night 8pm-2am. Some ticketed events are open to 18+, others are only 21+, check ahead of time before buying tickets.
What is the cover charge?
Most nights are different bands and shows, so it depends on the night. Visit the Social's website for band line up and ticket prices. If you do not buy tickets in advance, they only take cash at the door. (Debt/credit is accepted inside at the bar).
Prices vary from $5 to $25 per ticket.
Is there a dress code? No - casual is the usual attire.
