The Renaissance Orlando Resort is an Orlando hotel that's a great choice for families as well as business travellers.  This hotel was given a complete make over in 2007, so you can be sure that the decor and rooms are very up to date.


This is a Mariott hotel across the street from SeaWorld and close to many of the most popular theme parks in Orlando including Discovery Cove, Aquatica water park, Universal Studios and the Disney theme parks. There are two types of rooms available plus three types of suites available.

Rooms
You can choose between a standard view guest room or a SeaWorld/Atrium View Guest room.

The rooms are exactly the same size at 465sq ft, but the only difference are the views! Rooms will have either a king sized bed or two queen beds.

The rooms are large and spacious compared to some other Orlando hotels. An added benefit is that all rooms are sound proofed.



Prices for rooms start at $100+ and go up to $279+ depending on the time of year.

Suites
You can choose from 3 suites:-

• 1 Bedroom Executive Suite - 685sq ft has 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, separate living and dining room area. 
• 1 Bedroom Hospitality Suite - 780sq ft has 1 king bed plus 1 sofa bed, separate living room, dining room, conference room.
• 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite - includes living room, dining room , conference room and separate bedroom with king bed.

All rooms have desk, sofa, 32 inch flat screen TV with HBO and cable channels, internet access and wireless internet access (additional fee $15/day), hair dryer, clock radio.

Please  note this hotel is completely smoke-free. No are pets allowed except service animals for persons with disabilities (check with the hotel ahead of time to enquire about special exceptions 407-351-5555).

There are no free shuttles operating from the Renaissance Resort. You can book individual shuttle trips to the near-by theme parks for around $17 per person.
