Disney World Gate Prices

Unfortunately, Disney World has yet again raised it's prices! As of August 2009 all gate prices have increased by approximately $4.00.

For that reason you'll want to find the cheapest Disney tickets you can and avoid paying gate prices where possible.

Here are the latest Disney World gate prices, including tax at 6.5%. This is the price you will pay at the gate or online via Disney's Official website. Prices quoted on the official website will appear lower than these listed below. But remember that tax will be added to the ticket prices during the purchasing process.

Magic Your Way (Cheapest $$$)

The MYW are the cheapest Disney ticket option (sometimes refered to as 'base tickets'). Theys can be bought for either 1,2, 3,4,5,6,7,8, 9 or 10 days. Here's what you get with any MYW ticket:-

You can visit ONE of these four Disney theme parks PER day

- Animal Kingdom
- Epcot
- Disney's Hollywood Studios
- Magic Kingdom

For instance, if you bought a five day Magic Your Way ticket, you could use it to visit Magic Kingdom one day, Animal Kingdom the next, Epcot the next day and so on.

The cheapest Disney tickets for 1 and 2-days can ONLY be purchased at the gate. There are no advanced purchase discounts available on these tickets.

The tickets allows you to enter and re-enter only one park per day.

The tickets do NOT have to be used on consecutive days. You have a 14 day window with all Magic Your Way tickets, beginning from when you enter the first park.

All tickets include a 'Fast Pass'. This system allows you make reservations for popular rides and attractions in advance once you get to the park.

Tickets do not include parking

No Expiration Option You can also buy MYW tickets with NO EXPIRATION. As you might expect these are more expensive. But consider this - these tickets will never expire. So if you have any unused days remaining you can come back any time! So, a five day ticket doesn't mean you only have the usual 14 days to use it, you could have a break of a couple of days or even a week, a month, a year etc and come back to use your remaining days at another time.

Beat the Price Increases This option can save you money in the long run. Every year Disney has increased prices in August. You can beat the increases by buying a no expiration MYW ticket and use it at any time in the future.
